Andrew (Rupe) joined Bill at the garage in 1987. He has seen many changes in the Motor Trade constantly taking on board new systems and technologies, giving him a sixth sense when it comes to diagnosing tricky faults.

Ian helped out at the garage in his school holidays, and joined the garage full time when he left school in 1999, taking an apprenticeship. Following successful completion of his NVQ training, he has been on numerous courses specialising in air conditioning. A Volvo fanatic, and a regualar competitor in Motor Sport with his Peugeot 205 GTI.

When Laurie left The Grange school in 2000, Church Road Garage were lucky enough to engage him as an apprentice. He completed his NVQ training (outgrowing his overalls, several times in the process). With the experience he has gained, he is a key member of the team, and a hit with all the girls!

John joined us in 2001 as an apprentice, and completed NVQ training in 2004. He is an important member of the team working along side the others carrying out servicing and repairs and is likely to be one of the first to greet you as a customer when you visit the garage.

Charlie joined the business in 2008 from school, to start a Motor Vehicle Engineering apprenticeship. He is aiming to finish his Level 3 qualification early in 2012. Charlie always takes care of visitors to Church Road Garage, insuring they have a nice cup of coffee and a seat in reception. He has even been known to make them toast, while he changes thier tyres.

Andy joined us in September 2010, and is training to be a Motor Vehicle Technician. He attends Walford college one day a week to under pin his experience at the garage, which will qualify him to NVQ level 3. He is currently having driving lessons, and is hoping to pass his driving test before Christmas!

Formally from the GDSS (Great Dane Security Service) this hound comes with an impressive CM ('Canis Major') and was immediately 'snapped up'. Doris prefers to take life a little easier these days, since starring in the garage video, and often delegates her responsibilities to Maxwell, our Rodent Control Officer, who can often be heard behind the counter, if not seen.
